Not all performance improvement efforts are best addressed through training. Each district brings a unique combination of strengths and resources to the work of systemic improvement. GLISI works with a cadre of proven performance consultants who will conduct a needs assessment, provide side-by-side technical assistance, and make recommendations for deepening and sustaining improvement. Most often, GLISI districts engage our consulting partnership to support development and implementation of: 1) a team-based instructional improvement process focused on specific curricular goals; 2) a comprehensive talent management system; or 3) a balanced scorecard. GLISI’s performance consultants are all successful education leaders who have completed training in how to effectively facilitate performance improvement, drawing on work by Judith Hale.
