GLISI helps districts to find, grow, and keep great leaders (who in turn grow and keep great teachers) in schools and at the district office. We recognize that the most effective education leaders are those who are not only prepared through high quality pre-service learning experiences, but who continue to grow and learn as they mature in their practice of leadership. Accordingly, GLISI's leadership development programs are designed to support a leaders' growth at all points along the leadership career continuum. A hallmark of our programs is that they are performance-based. We recognize that the ability to think, write, and talk about leadership is important, but is not the same as successfully putting leadership skills into practice to achieve measurable results.
