Base Camp and Leadership Summit is GLISI's flagship training experience for leadership teams. Why teams? Because system change cannot be enacted by a single leader, but by a team of leaders around a shared goal, a well-developed plan, and a research-based process.
GLISI distinguishes itself from traditional leadership training models that focus on developing individual leaders by training entire teams of leaders. We work with teams of district leaders led by the superintendent, as well as teams of principal-led teacher leaders. We have also developed specialized support for teams of secondary leaders to address the unique challenges of the high school context in preparing all students to be college and career ready.
