At Base Camp and Leadership Summit, you and your District Change Team will
experience a completely different type of leadership development. Our
participants report a level of engagement and enthusiasm with GLISI that helps
them form solid foundations of performance improvement.
This Web site will help you make sure that you are fully prepared for the
climb by providing you with a convenient reference for your readings and
pre-work.
The pre-work items for Base Camp and Leadership Summit have been carefully
selected to enhance the understanding and interaction of your District Change
Team, both while at Base Camp and Summit (in evening discussions) and in ongoing
study (follow-up sessions, study groups, etc.). Your Improvement Implementation
Coordinator (IIC) will organize opportunities for your District Change Team to
make full use of these resources.
