Executive Development
Georgia's Leadership Institute for School Improvement research shows a critical need for high-quality executive development of superintendents, district leaders, principals, and aspiring leaders as they embark upon the process of focused school improvement. GLISI's Executive Development training and consulting provides support and performance tools that can help your district achieve all of its goals. The GLISI Executive Development program has four components:
- Training: Attend workshops to learn and improve best practices from business and education around organizational improvement
- Consulting: Schedule individualized consulting for your district
- Balanced Scorecard training and support: Use performance measures to track more than just test scores
- Resources and Performance-based modules: Take your team from concept to implementation of performance leadership with twelve self-guided instructional modules
