Training Resources

GLISI has developed Performance-based Modules (PBMs) that are “lean,” self-paced instructional resources designed to assist leaders in becoming proficient in the 8 Roles of School Leaders™. Modules that have been developed for the Performance Leadership Series include:

• Leading a Team to Develop Performance Foundations

• Leading a Team to Develop Strategy Maps

• Leading a Team to Select Performance Measures

• Leading a Team to Develop a Balanced Scorecard

• Leading the Cascading of the Balanced Scorecard

• Process Improvement and Process Mapping

These six modules are part of GLISI's full library of PBMs that are used for performance-based training in GLISI's Leadership Preparation Performance Coaching (LPPC) Program and GLISI's Rising Stars Collaboratives™. Six additional modules have also been developed and can be found in the library.  The modules can be used free of charge (after agreement to a terms of use agreement) in Georgia school districts and in Georgia higher education institutions with teachers in preparation for leadership and leaders during induction.
