The Success Center
The Success Center is a password-protected support Web site that provides LPPCs-in-training with step-by-step scaffolding of the entire coaching process, from getting acquainted with the performer to communicating portfolio status.
At each step, the Success Center provides the associated details, objectives, forms, and performance tools. Additionally, the Success Center contains a communication (Forum) section where LPPCs can post and share concerns, questions, and successes that arise during the course of coaching.
LPPCs-in-training receive a username and password during their training process. LPPCs-in-training who need assistance logging in to the Success Center should contact Tina Wolfe, Leadership Preparation Coordinator, at tina.wolfe@glisi.org or (404) 894-4848.
