Georgia Leadership Institute for School Improvement (GLISI) is public-private performance consultancy operating as an initiative with the Fanning Institute, a Unit of Public Service and Outreach at the University of Georgia and the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education (GPEE).

GLISI'S Organizational Structure: Our organizational structure and our working approaches support collaboration of the stakeholders in education leadership to create a web of cohesive leadership to maintain focus and support for improvement of education leadership. We support adoption of proven practices from education research and business to improve education leadership. We operate as a four-way alliance among business, higher education, K-12 education, and state government.
