The GLISI Research, Evaluation, and Knowledge Management team's evaluation work focuses on GLISI's performance-based professional learning experiences to

• evaluate the impact of GLISI's efforts - from participant satisfaction to eventual impact on student achievement
• define and track the transfer of knowledge and skills
• reduce organizational, motivational, and environmental barriers
• document, publish, and disseminate exemplary work in schools, led by GLISI-trained leaders, as Promising Practices
