Customized training institutes for district leadership teams. Enables “GLISI-fied” districts to enhance and expand their knowledge of the GLISI curriculum by extending the learning to their district and school leaders. Focus is on how districts can support continued implementation of GLISI tools and processes, so that leaders achieve shared district goals.
One-day planning and analysis workshop, delivered locally or regionally, in which district teams learn how to implement a local Leader Performance & Supply System™. Emphasizes the need to plan for leader succession and the importance of engaging sponsors to support leaders’ work and development. Provides training and templates to create customized Competency Models, Performance Path Plans™ (customized development plans for groups of leaders), and Performer Path Plans™ (customized development plans for individual leaders), and tools for selection and hiring. Pre-requisite for participation in GLISI’s Leader Performance & Supply Consulting.
Five days of intensive, performance-based learning leading to qualification as a Performance Coach for incumbent and aspiring educational leaders. As Coaches-in-Training, veteran education leaders perform extensive practice, receive feedback against clear criteria, and demonstrate their ability to use performance coaching tools and techniques successfully. Participants leave prepared to implement the full life-cycle of performance coaching, from initial analysis to documentation of proficiency.
